Hockey Specific Training

Month to Month In/Off Season Training
-In Season & Off Season Training
-Groups Running Monday/Wednesday/Friday @ 7PM
-Located at Evolve Strength Downtown

-Limited to 5 spots per group

For Off Ice Training to be effective, we recommend 2-3 sessions minimum per week that are 60-75 minutes in length focusing on:
*Injury Prevention *Mobility *Core Stabilization *Strength Development & Maintenance *Speed Development & Maintenance *Conditioning *Eye Hand Coordination

*Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice of cancellation is required, last minute cancellations will be charged and you will lose that session.
​*Unused sessions will expire after 1 year of inactivity.
