-Groups Running Monday/Wednesday/Friday @ 7PM
-Located at Evolve Strength Downtown
-Limited to 5 spots per group
For Off Ice Training to be effective, we recommend 2-3 sessions minimum per week that are 60-75 minutes in length focusing on:
*Injury Prevention *Mobility *Core Stabilization *Strength Development & Maintenance *Speed Development & Maintenance *Conditioning *Eye Hand Coordination

*Unused sessions will expire after 1 year of inactivity.
